Cook pasta according to directions, and set aside.

Brown beef, and drain fat

Add peppers and onions to pan, and saute

Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, to pan, and simmer. Adding in Parmesan cheese.

Add cooked pasta to sauce and meat mixture, cover pot, and simmer on low for 10 mins to let the flavors mix.

Add mozzarella cheese, stir and serve.
