1Preheat oven to 350
2Grind pork rinds to dust in food processor. Mix pork dust, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and 1/3 cup swerve together well. In a separate bowl mix softened butter and cream cheese together until they form a creamy mixture Add cream mixture to eggs and mix well. Add 1/2 teaspoon corn bread flavor. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
3Preheat your skillet prior to pouring in the mix for a crispy crust. Grease cast iron skillet liberally with bacon grease. Pour in cornbread mixture and place in preheated oven for 25 minutes, Allow to cool and then serve with your favorite keto soup.
