Butter 9x9 glass backing dish. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spread, oats, almonds, wheat bran onto a half-sheet pan. Place in the over and toast for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Combine the honey, brown sugar, butter, extract and salt in a medium sauce pan and place over medium heat. Cook until the brown sugar has completely dissolved.

Once the oat mixture is done, combine it with the liquid mixture and add the dried fruit. Lower oven to 300 Degrees F.
