Preheat oven 350. Butter 9x5x3 loaf pan

sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

beat together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

Add flour mixture, pumpkin seeds, and dried cherries and stir well.

Mix in the zucchini and yam.

transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
