Sequence Step
1Preheat oven 350. Butter 9x5x3 loaf pan
2sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3beat together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
4Add flour mixture, pumpkin seeds, and dried cherries and stir well.
5Mix in the zucchini and yam.
6transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
7bake bread for 1.5 hours. Let zucchini bread cool in pan before removing and serving.
