Steps
Sequence Step
1Warm condensed milk in saucepan.
2MEanwhile, mix all other ingredients together.
3Add warmed milk to other ingredients and stir well.
4spread mixture in 9x13" pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
5Coom for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
6Let cool 15 minutes and cut into 16 bars.
