| 1 | Coat large pan or Dutch oven with olive oil over medium heat, add garlic. Let cook a few minutes. | 2 | Add carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, cook 4-5 minutes. | 3 | Add both cans of diced tomatoes, do not drain.
Add chicken stock, bay leaves, parsley, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir and leave uncovered, bring to a boil. | 4 | When boiling, cover and turn to low. Cook on low for 30 minutes. | 5 | Drain and add corn, peas, and green beans, cook on low for 5 more minutes. | 6 | Add entire can of crab, stir and remove from heat.
Remove bay leaves. |
