Sequence Step
1Slice and dice 1 1/2 boneless, skinless turkey breasts, place in frying pan with olive oil and cook through.
2Chop and dice all vegetables. Place in lightly sprayed frying pan. Saute on medium heat.
3Add onions and garlic, season with teriyaki and Tamari sauce. Add all ingredients back to pan cover add a little water to steam flavors together.
4Cook one cup of rice in rice cooker. Serve over 1/2 cup brown or jasmine rice.
