A raspberry and almond smoothie, containing almond extract, one banana, raspberries, honey, almond milk, and plain yogurt.
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup low-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) raspberries
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon honey
Add everything to the blender and mix until evenly blended.
