1Preheat oven to 350F.
2Grease a 12 cup muffin tin very well (these can stick if under-greased).
3In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4Grate zucchini, then gently squeeze out excess moisture in a paper towel or cheesecloth.
5In a separate large bowl, beat eggs, then add remaining liquid ingredients (oil, vanilla, maple syrup, yogurt), ending with zucchini, and mix with a wooden spoon.
6Stir in chocolate chips.
