Combine onion powder, almond flour, ground beef, and egg yolk in a bowl. Divide mixture into 4 patties.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook patties in a frying pan on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.

After patties are cooked remove them from the pan and keep warm.

Add remaining tablespoon of butter to same frying pan. Add shallots and mushrooms and sautée until just softened.

Add tomato paste, mustard, and coconut milk to pan and mix together.

Add beef broth and stir until thickened.

Place patties in gravy and coat both sides with gravy.
