In another bowl, combine the honey, eggs, bananas, bean puree, buttermilk, and vanilla.

Add to flour mixture to the liquid mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts.

Pour into 2 greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pans (or 8 mini loaves). Bake at 325° for 45 min to 1 hour (or 30 - 45 min for the mini loaves) or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
