In a large bowl, mix brown sugar and apple juice

Stir in oatmeal

Spread in an even flat layer on a jelly roll pan

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes

Remove from oven and add a layer of nuts and pumpkin seeds and bake for 20 minutes longer

Remove from oven and mix in currants, dried banana chips, and dried cranberries

Let cool and store in air tight container
