Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, mix brown sugar and apple juice
2Stir in oatmeal
3Spread in an even flat layer on a jelly roll pan
4Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
5Remove from oven and add a layer of nuts and pumpkin seeds and bake for 20 minutes longer
6Remove from oven and mix in currants, dried banana chips, and dried cranberries
7Let cool and store in air tight container
