1mix sugar, water and yeast, next add flour and salt and oil mix to combine. place on counter and knead until dough comes together. place in oiled bowl and let rise one hour. punch down and divide roll into 9 by 18 inch rectangle and roll up tucking in ends. place in loaf pan. let rise 30 minutes. bake at 375 for 30 minutes remove from pan.
