For Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
place graham cracker crmbs in small bowl ad sugar and stir
Pour in melted butter and stir
Press mixture in bottom of greased 8 oz ramekin (Use bottom of spoon to make sure crust is pressed in tight)
Bake in over for 8 minutes. Cool
For Pie
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl
Beat egg in medium sized bowl. Add in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture and mix well. Stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into ramekin.
Bake in 350 preheated oven for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
