On a large plate, mix the flour and spices; coat each of the chicken thighs in the flour

Cut the sausage into slices; place to the side.

Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil (about 1 TSP), add 1 clove of the minced garlic; on medium heat, brown the floured chicken thighs (both sides). Place browned chicken in the slow cooker.

Re-coat the skillet with of olive oil (about 1 TSP), add 1 clove of the minced garlic and the sausage. Over medium heat brown the sausage.
