Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet with butter.
Cream oil and sugars. Add egg whites, vanilla and water; mix well. Add oats, flours, salt, baking soda, cinnamon. Mix until blended. Do not overmix or you will lose the texture of the oats. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies, 57 calories each.
