Mix dry ingredients well in a bowl with a whisk and set aside.
Brown half of the butter on a pan and with the other half melt it right on the pan without caramelizing it.
Once the fat has cooled, add it to the sugar, vanilla and eggs, mix until combined. Add the flour and toss the chips to combine.
Scoop into 16 portions and bake at 325F for 8-10 minutes.
