Wisk flour, cornmeal, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Mix almond milk, maple syrup and applesauce together.

Make a well in flour mixture and add wet mixture. Do not overmix; the batter will be lumpy.

Heat a griddle over medium heat and spoon 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook 3 to 4 minutes and turn. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Transfer to platter and place in a warm oven.
