Sequence Step
1Brown chicken in olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside. Add garlic and vegetables to pan. Cook until tender. Add in spices, canned tomatoes and chickpeas. Bring to a simmer and add chicken; cover and cook for 1-1.5 hrs. 30 minutes before serving add dried raisins. Finish with lemon zest.
