Heat oil in large skillet then add diced pork, onion, 1/2 the chili powder, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until pork is done all the way through.

Next add diced tomatoes, drained black beans, and chicken broth. Stir well, add the rest of the chili powder and/or more spices to your taste. Let simmer for 30 min.
