chop/grate onion, garlic, ginger, rosemary and add to resealable plastic bag, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, dijon mustard - seal and mix ingredients well.
Score your flank steak lightly on top and add to resealable bag ensuring steak is fully covered in marinade. lay flat and marinate 4-6 hours or overnight. You can also freeze the steak in the marinade for extra deep flavour
