Finely chop vegetables. (For those on "mushy" stage, saute with a little chicken or vegetable broth until soft)

Mix chick peas, veg, chicken and tomato sauce in casserole dish.
(I use drained, canned chicken because it is easy and it mashes well with a fork during the mushy stage)

Top with cheese and bake at 350 until chick peas are cooked and cheese is melted. Approximately 20 minutes.
