1add three cups warm water to mixing bowl.
2sprinkle yeast over water
3sprinkle salt, and add oil.
4stir mixture with fork, and add flour (wheat and white) all at once. Put dough hook on mixing machine and knead until smooth and elastic, adding more water if too stiff, or flour if too mushy.
5Put dough into a greased bowl and cover with clean towel. Let rise for 90 minutes to two hours.
6Divide evenly among pizza pans.
