1combine all ingredients,
2mix in mixer with doughhook
3knead gently
4divide into 6 dough balls, place in bowls, cover and refrigerate
5after 3 days remove as many dough balls as desired, let proof at room temperature
6knead and stretch to fit pizza pan, cover with toppings bake in outdoor oven at 800 degrees.
