1Place lemon zest, lemon juice, chickpeas, basil, garlic, oil, and salt in a food processor. Process for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides with a spatula, then process again until very smooth, about 15 seconds. Add protein concentrate and pulse for 10 seconds or just until blended.
2Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 5 days.
