Steps
Sequence Step
1In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2In small bowl - mix together flax seed meal and water; let set for 2 minutes.
3In another bowl - combine flax seed meal/water from step 2, milk and butter.
4Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moistened. Pour into greased 8" square or round baking dish. Top with berries
5For topping - combine flour
6Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
