In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In small bowl - mix together flax seed meal and water; let set for 2 minutes.

In another bowl - combine flax seed meal/water from step 2, milk and butter.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moistened. Pour into greased 8" square or round baking dish. Top with berries
