Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Combine flours, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. make a well in the centre.

Place milk, melted butter, eggs and mashed bananas in another blow and stir to combine.

Add liquids to the flour mixture. and stir until just combined. (Add a little more milk if too dry.)

Spoon mixture into laof pan and smooth the surface.

Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean.
