Steps
Sequence Step
1Place Apricots in 2 quart pot
2Fill the pot with water until the apricots are covered by about an inch of water
3Bring to a boil; than simmer
4While its simmering take mashing tool and continue to mash apricots until they are a smooth loose paste
5Let apricot filling cool to room temperature
6Blend Cream Cheese and margarine in mixer
7Slowly add 2 cups of flour until dough forms ball and is not stick
8Preheat oven to 350 degrees
9Lightly coat cookie tray with margine
10Lightly coat a flat surface area with flour
11Take a fist size poriton of dough and roll flat (slightly less than a pie crust.)
12Cut dough into squares
13Add a spoonful of apricots to each square
14Fold the square into a roll
15Place cookies on tray ½ inch apart
16Bake for 30 minutes
17Storage: Cookies should be stores in an Open container. If stored in an airtight container the cookies will become to moist and mushy.
