Steps
Sequence Step
1Prepare Quinoa according to directions on box
2Combine quinoa, milks, syrup, currants or raisins, cloves and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
3Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool and transfer to serving glasses.
5Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and serve slightly warm or chilled, garnished with almonds or pistachios and lemon zest.
