Pour 2/3 cup of milk into pot.

Put oatmeal into milk.

Set stove to medium heat and cook oatmeal while constantly stirring.

Stir until the oatmeal starts to come away from the sides of the pan, being sure not to over cook it.

Pour oatmeal out into a bowl and add drizzle of milk over the top.

Add brown sugar and jam.
