Place shredded Zucchini in strainer and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, squeeze out moisture.

Combine Zucchini with eggs, parmesan cheese, half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Press into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown the ground beef with the onions.

Drain and add the pasta sauce and mushrooms.

Spoon over the zucchini mixture.

Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with the chopped green pepper.
