Toast bread

In small bowl, combine ham and mustard, then spread over toast

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until they are firm

Spread egg whites on the toast and make a hollow on each one to hold one yolk.

Carefully place the yolks into the hollow beds on each toast. Sprinkle with pepper if desired
