Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)spanish olive with pimento, sliced

teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

slices (1 oz)shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine tomato and lime juice.
2Add celery seed, horseradish, brine, worcester and salt.
3Process in an ice cream maker.
4Add chopped olives. Freeze.
5Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
6Grate cheddar cheese.
7Put wax paper on baking sheet.
8Form 6 3” circles in a wheel pattern with the cheese.
9Melt in oven about 5 minutes then partially cool.
10Lift cheese wheels and place over upside down shot glass. Refridgerate.
11Scoop sorbet into cheese cups. Insert 2 celery stick into sorbet to form an “X”
