1Heat butter and oil in a heavy skillet over high heat until foam subsides.
2Add shrimp and saute, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and slightly golden, about 4 minutes.
3Add garlic and saut%E9 until aroma is released, about 1 minute.
4Add wine, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer to heat through. Serve immediately.
