1Preheat oven to 325
2combine oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, margarine, honey, and brown sugar. stir in chocolate chips and other mixins if desired.
3Press into lightly greased 9x13 pan. bake at 325 for 18-20 minutes. let cool for 10 minutes then cut into bars. let bars cool completely in pan before removing
