1Heat olive oil in skillet and sear the outside of the chicken breasts
2When both sides of the breasts are browned, pour the can of tomatoes into the skillet.
3In another skillet, saute the peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic in batches so that they get browned and tender, adding them to the main skillet as they are cooked.
