Brown ground turkey with the chopped onion until cooked thouroughly.

At the same time, cook your instant rice according to package instructions.

Add on jar of salsa, corn, and black beans to your turkey onion mix. Heat through.

Add one ounce of shredded cheese to your turkey mix.

Add cooked rice to a prepped and greased cassarole dish.

Add your turkey mixture to the cassaroll dish. Stir to mix together with the rice.

Top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
