Pour warm tap water into the food processor and add the yeast. Process until yeast is dissolved.

Add the sugar and salt and process for a few seconds.

Add the flour, beginning with one cup and then a little at a time until the dough is forming a ball. Continue to process to knead the dough well.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until elastic.

Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double.

Punch the dough down and let it rise oagain.

Punch the dough down and form two loaves, place them in greased bread pans, cover and let rise until double.

Slash the top of the loaf down the center and bake at 350 degrees for 27-33 minutes until golden brown.
