saute garlic, cilantro, cumin, and chipotle in 1 TBSP oil

Add the onion and cook until transparent.

Add ground turkey and cook until done/brown on outside.

Grate cauliflower and add to spiced turkey mixture. Saute until transparent.

Put in baker and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until melted/brown/bubbly.
