Brown ground chuck and italian sauasage in a pan until cooked through.

Open cans of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and empty into pot.

Use tomato sauce can and add 1 full can of water to the pot.

Drain fat from ground chuck and italian sausage.

Add ground chuck and italian sausage mix to pot and stir well.

Put onions in pan used to cook ground chuck and italian sausage and cook until completely thawed or translucent. (I use the frozen pre-cut onioins.)

Add onion to the pot and stir well.

Let pot simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15.

Portion out into five 2 cup servings and eat or refrigerte for the week.
