Steps
Sequence Step
1Fry the ribs over high heat in skillet until browned (about 10 mins). Add garlic powder and salt while cooking.
2Transfer to roasting pan and add quartered onions.
3Mix miso, red wine and beer in a bowl. Pour over meat.
4Cover roasting pan and cook at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
5Transfer juices and onions from roasting pan into skillet and reduce. Add some flour or corn starch to thicken if necessary.
