Sequence Step
1In a mixing bowl, mix apple sauce, and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Add salt and baking powder. Add protein powder. Add bananas and peanut butter; mix well. Combine the flour.
2Transfer to a greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf ban. Bake at 350 degrees F for 70-75 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
