Recipe Description
Moist fat-free muffins. Kids love them! They are lightly sweet. Sugar can be increased up to 1/2 cup, but that, of course, adds calories. Use 1 cup of cooked, mashed or pureed squash. (the recipe builder didn't have the perfect selection for that)

Spray muffin pan lightly with cooking spray

Combine dry ingredients

stir in squash puree, vanilla, and water.

spoon into muffin pan

bake in 375 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes

remove from oven when center springs back from touch. Let sit for 5 minutes.
