This is a recipe I had found while doing Weight Watcher's years ago. I'm not even sure where I found it, but it was so good, we continue to use it today.

Cook bacon, remove

Steam chicken breasts until cooked through.

Melt 1/3 of the margarine. Ad mushrooms and cook until slightly done.

Add remaining margarine and melt. Add onions and garlic to mushrooms and continue to cook over medium heat until onions are softened.
