Cut pork into bite size pieces

Bring pork, water, salt, oregano, cumin, and hot sauce to a boil. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Be careful not to let it get too dry.

Add tomatoes, green chilis, salt, and garlic. Simmer 30 minutes. You can thicken with cornstarch if desired.
