Steps
Sequence Step
1Put butter and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
2Mix in flour and salt.
3Stir rapidly until paste forms. Remove from heat; cool.
4Add eggs one at a time until well blended.
5Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
6Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tin.
7Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. May have to turn after 30 minutes if they brown too much. Cool.
8Beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until desired consistency.
9Cut a slit into each cooled cream puff and fill with whipped cream.
