Put butter and water in a pot; bring to a boil.

Mix in flour and salt.

Stir rapidly until paste forms. Remove from heat; cool.

Add eggs one at a time until well blended.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tin.

Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. May have to turn after 30 minutes if they brown too much. Cool.

Beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until desired consistency.
