| 1 | Set oven to 450 degrees. Peel, core and slice apple and pear. Combine in bowl with lemon juice and raisins. | 2 | Add nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar. Stir till sugar is dissolved and everything is coated. | 3 | Place pie crust in small frying pan. Add filling. Top with cruched vanilla wafers. | 4 | Crinkle edge of the pie crust and cover with foil. | 5 | Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10. |
