| 1 | Drain the can of bean medley (four kinds of beans) and rinse the beans. The thick drained liquid is perfect for sauces or gravies as a thickener. | 2 | Chop the onion into small cubes and add to beans. | 3 | Add the vinegar and spices. Mix well. | 4 | Finally add the oil. If posible let sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. |
