largeOnion, chopped (sweet if possible)

tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar

1Drain the can of bean medley (four kinds of beans) and rinse the beans. The thick drained liquid is perfect for sauces or gravies as a thickener.
2Chop the onion into small cubes and add to beans.
3Add the vinegar and spices. Mix well.
4Finally add the oil. If posible let sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
