Sequence Step
1Peel and julienne jicama. Prepare dressing by sectioning the oranges and retaining the juice from the oranges. Place the sectioned oranges with the jicama and whisk the juice with the spices. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Salt the jicama slaw and dressing separately to taste. Dice avocados, add to slaw and add dressing to taste (may not need all)
