Cinnamon Rolls

Steps
Sequence Step
1scald first three ingredients in pot on stovetop
2let cool to lukewarm (45 min)
3add yeast, allow to sit and moisten about a minute
4add 4 c. flour. let rise about an hour
5add remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
6roll dough into large rectangle
7pour melted butter on top, followed by sprinkling sugar and cinnamon. adjust to taste.
8roll the large rectangle towards you, starting on a long end.
9cut into 1" portions (to make rolls) and place in greased cake pans. makes about 3-4 pans full.
10let rise for another 30 minutes, covered in pans
11bake at 400 for 15 minutes
